Excellent work!

I agree that we lack the lexicon to articulate how individuals through all of society should interact and think of AI technologies. Negative perceptions must be overcome by transforming scary unknowns into more comfortable concepts. International standards that incorporate governance standards for AI ethical practices with help. Electronic trust can be personified by assessing how well human-to-AI interactions comply with such standards.

While ChatGPT has hyped public awareness of AI technologies, AI is much broader than just chatbots. Consider AI that can reason upon the situational context of sensor data streams gathered from video, audio, text or a myriad of other sources. In this case, situational context describes who or what is where, when with the context of why and how the data was observed or consumed. Data encoded with situational context metadata enables AI to eliminate noisy inputs that have no relevance towards building an objective state, which might be a prediction derived from the input data.

Autonomous delivery drones must be capable of safely navigating through space-time before regulators will consider approving their wide-scale use without human drivers. However, merely avoiding both static and dynamic obstacles is not sufficient to enable a million-drove delivery service to emerge nationwide. Autonomous commerce must simultaneously emerge, where AI avatars are empowered to negotiate autonomously to complete a variety of commerce transaction. Autonomous commerce require reinsurers and insurers to codify transactional risk on a just-in-time-basis, which requires a next-generation hard-fork of blockchain to incorporate autonomous global situational context metadata to spatio-temporally fence how nodes are included in the network as well as to augment the metadata included within each block.

While ChatGPT is an important topic to cover, the real-word of AI is much broader. However, I do believe a common framework of AI ethical business practices and policies can and should be developed and incorporated into a suite of international standards, including ones that articulate a form of electronic trust. All of this begins with insightful discussions, so please keep writing on these topics.
